Catalog prices are based in CHF. Visitors in Switzerland/Liechtenstein see CHF; many eurozone visitors see EUR; others typically see USD. Conversion uses live FX rates with a small fallback if the rate feed is unavailable.

Most orders are delivered by email within a few minutes after payment is confirmed. Peak times can take longer — if nothing arrives within about 10 minutes, check spam, then contact us with your order number.
