30-day guarantee

If a license cannot be activated or the product is not as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will replace the license or refund the order after we verify the issue.

How to request

Email Software@dropking.ch or message Telegram with your order number, product name, and a short description of the problem (screenshots help).

Digital goods note

Because products are digital, refunds after successful activation may be limited. Change-of-mind requests are reviewed case by case within 7 days if the license has not been used.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on PayPal / your bank (often a few business days).
